Windows- 10 or above

RAM- 8 GB

Internet mode- WIFI / Broadband only

Min. Internet Speed- 15-20 MBPS

Role & responsibilities:

  • Efficiency to offer relevant and satisfactory solutions to the customers.
  • Efficiently taking note of queries and requests.
  • Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
  • Candidates should be able to provide assistance to customers via email and calls.
  • Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, solving customer issues.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Prolific written communication skills to support customer with ease.
  • Providing help to the customer’s issue via Email and calls.
  • Well-developed communication and analytical skills.
  • Should have excellent skills in email writing & verbal communication.
  • Should have knowledge about Ecommerce platform.
