Location- Work from home
Profile- Associate/ Jr Associate
Experience- 0-1 Years.
Salary- As per industry standard.
Qualification & Eligibility:
PG Degree in Psychology preferred.
The candidate shall report directly to the Program
Manager and Program Associate at PW, and shall
assist with the following: Providing counselling services over telephone and email.
Skill Sets:
1- Full-time job
2-Should be a student of Psychology
3-Clear verbal communication- Speaks English, Hindi and know preferably one regional Indian language fluently.
4-Candidate need to be a very good listener
5-Ability to solve problems
6-Possess excellent academic writing skills in English
7-Be skilled in the use of computers for the purpose of documentation, data analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
8-Have sound knowledge of therapeutic process skills and psychotherapy
Should be comfortable and have patience with speaking to students.
9-Need to be self-aware.
