Program Highlights

Job Description:

Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
Obtains client information by connecting with them through telephone calls, Verifies information.
Basis the collected/verified information; update the client’s profile to meet the desired profile score.
Educating clients about the benefits to his business; answering questions; Clearing doubts.
Disposing of the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Keeping the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
Identifying real-time challenges related to Technology/Processeses and escalating it to higher management to get them fixed.
Following up with the sellers based on the request made by them over the calls.
Achieving the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
Work for 3-4 hours a day and to achieve target number of Daily connect/content collection.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
Other duties as assigned.

Primary Requirements:

Must have computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity.
