Overview
CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerated from-anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.
As an Intern in the Operations team, you will be responsible for creating
project schedules, timely tracking, and updating project milestones.
Replication of the operational interphase will be critical to this role.
Responsibilities
- Capacity management and utilization of relevant resources for assignment completion.
- Allocation of assignments on the interface.
- Assisting management in building solutions that align with client requirements.
- Taking ownership of operational responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Monitoring and replying to client emails to maintain clear communication.
- Tracking project progress and ensuring all project activities are completed on schedule.
- Project management and development of processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engaging with stakeholders to drive assignment completion and meet project goals.
Qualifications And Prerequisites
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail.
- 0-1 years of planning experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
