Role & responsibilities:
Customer Support Executive, responsible to attend and make calls to customers to address their grievances by providing solutions. Training will be provided, we look for candidates who are customer-centric, empathetic, and eager to make a mark in the service sector.
This is a Work From Home Opportunity hence Computer/ Laptop is mandatory, candidates should have it with the below configuration.
Project Duration: 3 months or less

UPS if it is a PC
WIFI Connectivity with 20 Mbps Download and Upload Speed
Work Timings:
Any 9 hours in a day, rotational basis.
6 Days a week, Week off will be on Weekdays.
