- Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing excellent service quality.
- Process customer requests related to products/services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Grad or undergraduate fresher with good skills and fluency in English.
- It should be flexible with rotational shifts.
- 5 days of working 2 Days rotational off
- Residing in Mumbai and Gurgaon with own Wi-Fi and UPS.
