About the job
Highlights
- Responsible for providing excellent service standards to Exchange’s user on their account-related issues
- Have 1-2 years of experience in Support & Customer service, preferably in crypto exchange
- Experience with customer service tools like Zendesk is not a must but highly preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Able to work rotating shifts (24/7)
- Having social community management experience, especially in Telegram will be highly preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Problem-Solving Skills, Analytical Skills, Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Team Working Skills
- Remote working settings
- Must be able to communicate and write in Chinese
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and learn all the company’s product features
- Work on new and existing customer tickets efficiently and relentlessly
- Follows and provides input to new and existing procedures or processes
- Ability to do simple mathematical calculations to check account-related issues
- Engage with customers via multiple telegram group chats
