About the job

  • Responsible for providing excellent service standards to Exchange’s user on their account-related issues
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in Support & Customer service, preferably in crypto exchange
  • Experience with customer service tools like Zendesk is not a must but highly preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Able to work rotating shifts (24/7)
  • Having social community management experience, especially in Telegram will be highly preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Problem-Solving Skills, Analytical Skills, Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Team Working Skills
  • Remote working settings
  • Must be able to communicate and write in Chinese

  • Understand and learn all the company’s product features
  • Work on new and existing customer tickets efficiently and relentlessly
  • Follows and provides input to new and existing procedures or processes
  • Ability to do simple mathematical calculations to check account-related issues
  • Engage with customers via multiple telegram group chats
