- Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Probing, Comprehension.
- Should be able to display a high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.

- Operating System: Windows 10 and above (Genuine activated OS)
- Processor: Intel i3 and above or AMD Ryzen
