  • Actively promote the company’s products and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
  • Proactively address client needs, and build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients using the company’s trading platforms or systems.
  • Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate market updates to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regard to processing client documentation and other related matters.
  • At least 1-2 years of Account Manager experience in a Conversion/Retention position in a financial services company is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must, with fluency in other languages, such as Arabic, Hindi, or French, considered a plus.
  • Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Dynamic, innovative, and target driven.
  • Ability to work independently and take the initiative to expand the client base.
  • Ability to work to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
