Role and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on the ecommerce platform.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in chat support.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a quick-thinking mindset.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Proficient in using computers and online tools.
- Own a laptop with Windows 10 operating system and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online shopping processes is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: Up to 22,000 INR CTC per month
