Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of customer issues from start to finish – while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ensure that all customer issues/cases are addressed and responded to in a timely manager, in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • Leverage chat, email, and video conferencing functionality to help our customers optimize Truein
  • Become a product expert – you’ll be a go to resource for both customers and coworkers
  • Clearly document communications with customers within our case management system, providing outstanding customer service and high quality technical responses.
  • Interact directly with Product and Engineering teams to solve issues, improve processes, and ensure we are delivering solutions to meet our customer needs.

Must:

  • Ability to work a shift between the hours of 8:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST
  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience in a customer facing role
  • Result-oriented and has great attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth
  • Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Good to have:

  • Experience dealing with International customers
  • Has worked with growth stage startup
