Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. As a Junior CSA, you will

play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience throughout their shopping

journey. Your strong communication skills, technical expertise, and dedication to customer

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

– Utilize your knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to assist customers.

– Support customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution.

– Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

– Assist in basic web design tasks (experience preferred, but not required).

– Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.

– Demonstrate a deep understanding of product sourcing and recommend options to customers.

– Leverage your expertise in Amazon and eBay Marketplaces to optimize customer experiences.

– Create and write reports to provide insights into customer interactions and trends.

– Utilize strong email communication skills to liaise with shoppers and clients.

Key Qualifications:

– Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.

– Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.

– Graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing content.

– Knowledge of product sourcing strategies.

– Familiarity with Amazon and eBay Marketplaces.

– Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.

– Strong email communication and report writing abilities.

– Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

– Web design experience.
