Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and attract top talent for various roles within the company, using various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting agencies.
- Handle the full recruitment life-cycle, adverts to on boarding of new employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, both active and passive, in order to build a pipeline of talent for current and future needs.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters, as well as phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates on positions.
- Collaborate with Senior HR and hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Conduct onboarding and integration of new hires into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant tracking system.
- Perform data analysis and reporting on recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
What we’re looking for?
- 6 months+ experience in media industry (Preferred, but open to consider less experience for exceptional talent)
- Proven experience with hiring for medium to large scale media companies (Preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience handling full cycle recruitment role.
- Have worked on ATS and LinkedIn for recruitment
- Comfortable with working 6 days a week and remote working.

Remote: (India) This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable.
Work Timings: 10am – 7pm, Six days a week.
