Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and compile accurate and comprehensive contact lists.
- Utilize various online resources, databases, and tools to gather relevant information on prospects.
- Identify and target key decision-makers within identified companies to expand the sales pipeline.
- Generate high-quality leads that align with the company’s target market and ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and organized.
- Regularly clean and verify the integrity of the data to avoid duplications and outdated entries.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements and provide lists that meet their criteria.
- Support sales campaigns by providing targeted lists and segmenting data as needed.
- Monitor the performance of the generated lists, tracking key metrics such as lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports and insights on list-building activities and their impact on sales and marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on new tools and technologies that can enhance lead generation and data management efforts.
Key Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a lead generation, data management, or research-focused role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-quality lead databases.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and software like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to utilize various tools and databases for data collection.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
