Position- Customer Support Executive ( Chat Process + upselling)
- Work From Office
- 24*7 Rotational Shifts
- 5 days Working and 2 weeks off ( both rotational)
Requirements:
- Good English Communication Skills
- UG/ Graduate can apply
- Freshers can also apply
- Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts ( mostly Night Shifts)
Responsibilities:–
-Handling Customer Inquiries through chat and upselling the product.
– Provide assistance and support to the customers with their queries.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.
– collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
– Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by the company.
