Job description
*Answer incoming queries through email or chat and calls to take appropriate actions.
*Responsible for providing training to new candidates and refresher training to enhance the performance of the agents.
*Take care of shrinkage and attrition.
Required Candidate profile*Handle a team of 10-15 agents
*Proficient English skillset
*Drive team’s performance by sharing feedback with bottom performers on a daily basis
*Should have min 1yr work experience as a team leader:Â
