Job description
We are hiring for a premium voice process and the work mode will be work from home pan India. (2 months contractual)

Role & responsibilities :
Handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Following up to ensure resolution.
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Desired candidate profile :
Excellent communication skill in English.
Should be comfortable in rotational shift.
Should have customer service skills.
should have i5/i7 processor laptop,
Candidates need to have their own broadband connection and USB headset.
Qualification: GRADUATE/ UNDERGRADUATE
Language- English and Hindi
MIN. Exp. 6 months in paper. (must have offer letter and experience letter)
Work from home
Rotational Shift, 6 working days and 1 rotational week off.
