Job description
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Willing to work night shifts (Non-Rotational)
- 5 days working
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday off
Key Responsibilities:
- Good to have experience as a Quality Analyst/Quality Auditor/Call Auditor.
- Ability to seamlessly manage conflicts.
- Good to have a basic understanding of BPI tools (Pareto etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel required
- Self-motivator
- Positive attitude & Flexible
- Ability to perform with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education & Experience:
- Positive attitude
- Flexible & Aggressive
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written)
- Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment
- Goal-oriented; have a burning desire to be successful
- Graduate in any field
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
