Duties/Responsibilities:
We are rethinking customer service. We are obsessed with delivering nothing but the best
to our guests. And in this role as a Delight Champion, you will be doing just that!
You will be communicating with our guests and business partners over the phone
You will beat stereotypes in delivering a delightful experience to our guests.
You will be the first point of contact in resolving guest queries and concerns.
You will spot and initiate process changes that will increase efficiency and overall
experience.
You will relay customer feedback to the organization.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Love speaking with new people.
Are a problem solver with a never give up attitude and love new challenges.
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Are empathetic and always look at providing nothing but the best possible solution
to customers. • Are a start-up enthusiast and understand what it takes to be part of

Are tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Applications and CRM tools.
