Role & responsibilities
- Handle SMB Customers so as to generate sales revenue. Should be proficient in handling conversations with business clients.
- Communication with customers, Making Outbound calls potential customers and following up the leads.
- Should have good understanding of Sales and has preferably handled SME/SMB accounts earlier
- Develop a database of qualified leads from the data assigned through telephone canvassing.
- Prospecting, negotiation, freezing commercials and closing deals with necessary documentation
Preferred candidate profile
• Graduate (Technical graduate would be preferred)
• Min 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales
• Good knowledge and understating of Computer Hardware
