Role & responsibilities

  • Create/Review/Recreate designs from customers and produce a high-quality result useful for production ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process designs requested by customers based on process requirements, producing high-quality designs that meet the needs of the customer and production standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Seek to continuously advance your design skills and capabilities through self-study, attending offered trainings, and adopting best practices as observed/shared by others.
  • Execute processes as documented and made available.
  • Proactively raise issues regarding systems, tools, performance, and processes
  • Achieve the targets set by your manager.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by your manager.
  • Answer relevant customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Participate in activities that contribute to continuous improvement in the skills required for the role.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1+ Years of Graphic design experience in Digital, Print & social media.
  • Exhibits creative skills as required to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strong ethical behavior combined with unmatched passion, commitment, and drive for quality excellence.
  • Proficient reading comprehension ability to understand customer needs in English along with intermediate level of verbal and written communication skills in English including active listening and rapport building.
  • Strong proficiency in (Adobe Suite) Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat & other design software such as In-Design CorelDRAW.
  • Understands final art preparation standards and processes (including knowledge in the difference between file formats)
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to operate with keen sense of customer focus while multi-tasking.
  • The ability to learn innovative technology quickly and to use multiple systems & tools.
  • Initiative-taking to act independently and to acquire additional knowledge or skill sets that will aid in the role.
  • Adaptability to ongoing improvements and changes, rejects cynicism.
  • Receptive to receiving and sharing feedback, has self-awareness.
  • Able to work effectively across diverse cultures.
