As we embark on this exciting phase, we are seeking to build a robust team that will play a critical role in enriching our product database to facilitate this transition.
Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a group of detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and inputting accurate price, quantity, and size details for a wide range of products into our marketplace database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual searches to gather data on 383,000+ products from various sources.
- Enter product information including names, prices, and quantity/size details into the ProcureNet system with high accuracy and speed.
- Ensure the quality of the product information is consistent with ProcureNet’s standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to streamline data entry processes and assist with the oversight of data quality.
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in product data.
- Work within project timelines to enable the swift launch of transaction capabilities and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently.
- Basic understanding of databases and proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
