Rocketmonk Software is on a mission to solve problems for e-commerce merchants with simple but powerful applications & tools. The company builds and maintains 3 products for Shopify merchants: Back In Stock – Restock Rocket, Filemonk: Digital Downloads and Wishlist Rocket.
To help sustain the rapid growth of our business, we’re looking for a strong candidate to join us as a Customer Success Associate. As our third employee, you’ll work closely with the founders to help customers succeed with the company’s products, ensure they have the best possible experience and drive product adoption.
Shift timings for this job is 9AM to 5PM IST, Monday to Friday. You will interact with customers over live chat and email. Customers are based in countries all around the world including Canada, United States, New Zealand, France and more.
In this role, you will –
- Provide exceptional support by communicating with customers over email & live chat.
- Build strong relationships with them and become their go-to person.
- Help form the product roadmap by identifying customer needs & pain points
- Plan, manage and execute customer success initiatives & improve our ranking.
- Devise solutions to any and all problems that arise and find creative ways to delight customers.
You’re a great fit if –
- You have completed a university degree or college diploma
- You can use a computer and understand how the internet works (or you’re a quick learner)
- You have great communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English
- You are empathetic and an active listener
- You pay attention to detail, you are organised & manage your tasks efficiently.
- You are good with handling difficult situations & conversations
- You have a strong desire to see customers succeed
- (bonus) If you have some experience working in internet-based companies before
- (bonus) If you are proficient with HTML/CSS, or have completed a course on it
