Blended process (includes inbound & outbound calls too)
Customer Service
Salary Up to 240000 PA
Requirement:
–Candidate Must have a laptop with a good broadband connection (Mandatory)
-Candidate must have 6 months of on paper BPO experience with Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal as well as Written)
-Most importantly Candidate must be Fluent in English Communication skills.
-Graduate & Undergraduate freshers are also welcome (Not looking for currently pursuing students)
Shift, working hours & working days:
-24*7 shift (Includes night shift)
-9.15 hours working including break.
-6 days working 1 rotational week off.
