About the role
Ambee is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to work closely with internal teams (Product, R&D, and Sales) and take responsibility for planning, execution, and successful implementation of product marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
● Study and have a deep understanding of the company’s products and tools
● Follow and analyze market trends and competitors to position products
● Translate technical details and features into benefits for end-users
● Craft compelling messages across marketing channels to highlight the key benefits of Ambee’s API. These include: blogs, product descriptions, social media, and the company website
● Create case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs and other collaterals to support multi-channel product marketing campaigns to build awareness, attract prospective customers and educate existing customers in the pipeline
● Work with various teams internally – including Product, Sales, and Tech/Data Science to develop and implement the above strategies/campaigns
Requirements
● 1-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
● A good understanding of marketing concepts and practices
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to interface with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, sales, customer success and product team to develop product communication strategies and material
● Highly motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills
