Responsibilities :
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting work flow in the US IT Staffing.
- Must bring prior expertise on Full Time, W-2 contracts & contracts to hire placements.
- Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents.
- Exceptional Sourcing & Shortlisting Skills of highly qualified candidates through the various job Boards(Dice), LinkedIn and references.
- Good understanding of Tax Terms W2/1099/C2C.
- Must have experience in creating Boolean search strings based on the job descriptions for resume searches on the job boards.
- Experience in recruiting UI/UX Designers, AI, Machine Learning, Full Stack, Robotics, DevOps, Project/Product Managers is highly desired.
- Technical Understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles.
- Should have good interpersonal skills, written and great communication skills.
- Open for Flexible Working Hours.
- Strong Technical Understanding about the Technical Roles/Skills
- An aggressive team player, Self-motivated & Starter.
- Experience in Product & In house Hiring will be a plus.
- Excellent Communication & Written Skills.
