Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in Order to Cash Function and sound knowledge of OTC Cycle
- Good accounting knowledge
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and action accordingly
- Prepare/Review AR aging, research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Perform Customer Account and Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare Cash Forecast report, posting AR Accruals and AR Reserves
- Apply cash/payment to the customer account verifying it with the remittance
- Process Credit and Debit Memo’s
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
- Excellent Team Player and Good Judgmental Skills
Desired Candidate Profile : – Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable employee to provide financial, administrative and analytical services
- Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts
- Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for Management
- Strict adherence to Activities TAT, Accuracy, KPIs and other SLAs
- Must have computer & good internet connection.
Qualification required:- Accounting Degree like B.com/ BBA/M.com/MBA/PGDBM
