This role will require planning and deployment of essentials warehouse in the city. Focus on operations of the warehouses and drive operational improvements. Ability to assess cost vs ROI of operations initiatives and how it affects the sustainability of the business is a critical requirement.

Responsibilities :

  • Engaging with delivery partners of Dunzo, End to End partner On-boarding.
  • Understand the partner requirement and help the partner through the support processes and take feedback.
  • Explaining eligibility criteria of various incentive schemes designed for partners and helping partners understand new products and services.
  • Strong verbal communication with proficiency in both Kannada and English language.
  • At least 6 months to 1 Year of experience with Vendor Management and Partner Onboarding is Mandatory.
  • Partner onboarding happens through multiple channels candidate should be willing to work on field and should be willing to do callings to achieve the given targets.
  • Solve partner-related issues.
  • Should be able to manage blue-collar workers.
  • Should be willing to travel within the city.
  • Should be ready to do multiple calling whenever required.
