Profile- Customer Service Representative

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be providing top-tier customer support through our chat help desk. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions promptly and ensuring a high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable using mobile technology, enjoys helping others, and has strong English and typing skills.

  1. Provide real-time support to customers via our chat help desk.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
  4. Monitor and control numerous concurrent chat sessions.
  5. Utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions and inquiries.
  6. Continually learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member.

Requirements

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficient typing skills.
  4. Passion for mobile technology and familiarity with its latest trends.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. Comfortable working in a remote environment and adapting to different time zones.
