Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility and guide the potential Students over the call to choose the right course and help them in making better career decisions.
• Resolve queries regarding the Company & courses
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
• Convince students to enroll in Aasma courses as per requirements.
• Responsible for explaining the course features in detail.
• Providing the right customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any domestic outbound or telesales experience preferred
• Freshers who are interested in sales can also apply here.
• Understand and Speak Hindi Language (Mandatory).
• The minimum age requirement is 18+.
• Superb verbal communication.
• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
