Responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
Analysing and reporting product malfunctions
Work-from-home opportunity

Eligibility:

Good command of English communication in written.
Reliable internet connection and must have its own system.
Must be willing to work in night/rotational shifts (shifts change every 1 to 2 months)
Will need to remain logged in to the common bridge for the entire duration of the shift
Freshers are also welcome.
