Job description

 

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

  • Visit restaurant partners on-site to assist with their onboarding process.

•Collect necessary documentation and ensure accuracy in submission for registration on the Zomato platform.

•Guide restaurant owners/managers through the platform setup and train them on how to use the Zomato dashboard.

•Address any questions or concerns from restaurant partners during the onboarding process.

•Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.

•Assist in solving any technical issues that may arise during the onboarding stage.

•Maintain a positive relationship with partners to ensure they are satisfied with the onboarding process.

•Report daily activities and onboarding progress to the team lead or manager.

•Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all onboarding activities.
