Role & responsibilities
Needs to handle Queries and Complaints of the Customer very tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensure an end-to-end by taking complete ownership of the Customer.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English written and oral.
- Good customer service skills and should display good analytical ability.
- Any Graduate/Under Graduate can apply.
- Prior experience in the BPO voice process shall be preferred and freshers can also apply.
- Should be able to create a work-from-home-like environment at home.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment
- Should have own Laptop/Desktop with Good Internet connectivity for working from home.
