We are recruiting a Porting Specialist based in Remote India for our international Porting team.

  • Coordination: Working with carriers and service providers to facilitate the transfer and /or purchase of numbers across multiple countries and regions
  • Documentation: Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and authorizations are completed and submitted correctly not only for porting and purchasing but also for regulatory and number management updates.
  • Troubleshooting: Addressing any issues that arise during the porting process, such as discrepancies in account information.
  • Customer Communication: Keeping clients informed about the status of their porting requests and any potential delays. Answering requirements questions and providing relevant information during the porting or purchase process
  • General product Support: Answering basic questions and helping with basic setup for new onboarding customers.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Providing excellent support to clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries promptly. (experience in customer support is a plus)
  • Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in managing documentation and data to prevent errors during the process.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during number porting.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to convey information and updates.
  • Organizational skills: Organizing and managing multiple requests simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Assessing and analyzing information to ensure compliance with regulations and to improve processes.
  • Adaptability: Staying updated on industry changes and adapting to new technologies and processes.
