Desired Candidate Profile :
- The minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
- Freshers can apply. Candidates with BPO experience would have an edge.
- Excellent English communication is mandatory
- Should be comfortable working for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs
Compensation & Other Benefits :
Salary Base Pay : 2,50,00 to 3,60,000 LPA/-
Additional Benefits:-
- Zeta Meal Card – INR 1100/month, i.e., INR 13200/- PA
- Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
- Night Shift Allowance – INR 150- INR 225/shift (Basis Shift timing)
- Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
- 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirements)
