Amazon Payment RISK OPS hiring For Bangalore & Hyderabad (contractual role- 6 months)

About the Role –
As a Transaction Risk investigator, you work towards preventing online fraud on Amazon platform, making it a safest place for buyers to shop & sellers to sell their products. You will be expected to review every customers account, identify any signs of potential fraud on the account and stop bad actors from placing orders or accessing any genuine customers account. To empower you in making the right decisions, you will be provided with access to required tools and trainings
- Job role: Transaction Risk Investigator (Investigation Specialist I in Buyer Risk Investigation)
- Job nature: Contractual mode of employment for 6 months (payroll of Amazon)
- Working mode: You can choose wither 1 from below 3 options
- Onsite – Work from Amazon Hyderabad or Bangalore Office for 5 days in a week
- Hybrid Model – Work for two days (Tue/Wed) from Amazon HYD/BLR Office & 3 days from home
- Candidate need to work from any 1 among the 10 approved states (Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Karnataka, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh)
- Working mode: You can choose wither 1 from below 3 options
- Onsite – Work from Amazon Hyderabad or Bangalore Office for 5 days in a week

About the shift/Rollover: 24/ 7 rotational shifts (will change every 3 months). Rotational two-consecutive days off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. The off days changes every 3 months)
- OT requirement: During annual sale events or business critical situations, we may request our investigators to offer overtime which is duly compensated as per the law.
- Educational Qualification: Only passed out GRADUATE or POST GRADUATE

2. Assessment Exams
- Section 1-PT (Preliminary Test), test directs to section 2 once you clear section 1
- Section 2-Versant Test, test directs to section 3 once you clear section 2
- Section 3- If you clear above 2 rounds then only 1 OPERATIONAL ROUND will happen (recruitment team will convey)
