Shift Timings – 8pm to 4amJob Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Voice Process Associate to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience – 0 to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Candidate should know both English and Telugu.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, databases.
