Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)
Locations: Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata
Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Salary:5.5 to 8 LPA (Hike based on current or last salary)

Note: Candidates must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Industry Background: Consultancies, CRM Sales, SaaS-based Companies, Corporate Sales

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales and enterprise sales activities within the designated region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to prospective clients.

 

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales.
• Background in Consultancies, CRM Sales, SaaS-based Companies, or Corporate Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
