The HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization including hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development, and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in the right jobs in the Bank.
About the Role: 6 Months Gig (Contractual)
The HR Technology Consultant role involves designing and anchoring Talent Marketplace solutions for internal employees. This will involve an understanding of existing HR processes around talent management and internal mobility, experience with talent marketplace platforms, and organizational skill framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and ensure all are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables – The talent marketplace will be developed with support from the vendor and internal IT team
- Partner with the Axis HR team to define requirements and work with vendors to design and configure and talent marketplace solution
- Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on track
- Support the end-to-end implementation of various modules of the marketplace, ensuring seamless integration with various technology systems

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
- Skilled at communication and change management
- Strategic thinking and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and other key HR technology platforms
- Experience with skill taxonomy frameworks as it applies to skills matching and career development
- Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
