Role Description

This is a full-time remote Pre-Sales role at Bambinos.live School of English. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to pre-sales activities, contributing to the overall sales process, and working closely with the sales team to drive business growth and support customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in pre-sales, sales, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with sales software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
• Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests
• Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
• Make potential leads to understand our courses
• Converting potential leads to attend the trial classes
• Validating all demo-booked leads
