About the job
Elevates’ People Operations team is expanding to meet the growing needs of a rapidly expanding business and is currently looking for an Associate in our EU/UK People Operations team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end onboarding, Offboarding, benefits, and compliance of the EU/UK region. You will collaborate with our external partners and the internal finance team to ensure smooth processing.
Specifically, the Associate- People Operations will
- Play a key role in onboarding new hires of the company in the EU/UK region.
- Be personally involved in the entire end-to-end onboarding cycle, starting from drafting offer letters to providing HR system access to everything in between.
- Be accountable for ensuring that all new hires experience a smooth and frictionless onboarding and ensuring that they are ready to be productive from day one.
- Manage and create profiles on HRIS/various other HR systems. Drafting and managing offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates in the EU/UK region.
- Learn and manage statutory compliance in the EU/UK region.
- Work on and manage the People Operations ticketing system.
- Deal with HR-related queries from the employees.
- Setting up new profiles for hires in several cloud-based systems as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.
- Set up standard company induction programs for new hires.
Skills For Success
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of HR domain and knowledge of Operations.
- Experience in EU/UK region.
Experience
- Fresher with an MBA in HR or 6 months to 2 years’ experience.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate with experience.
- Or MBA in HR.
