Our Sales Onboarding Specialists (KYB) act as the bridge between sales and compliance and help streamline and speed up the onboarding process of new high-value customers. You’ll use your problem-solving skills to manage the onboarding process, per the designed workflows, ensuring an excellent customer onboarding experience.

  • Acting as a knowledge center and consultant for the Sales team to contribute to their success
  • Activating new businesses faster by liaising directly with the Sales team and internal stakeholders
  • Working with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement of our processes and Sales team targets
  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in following workflows accurately
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills
  • A proactive, customer-centric attitude
  • Demonstrated emotional resilience and tenacity
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Familiarity with financial crime procedures, such as Know Your Business (KYB), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), and screening protocols
  • Experience in business customer support (B2B)
  • A background in banking or financial services
  • Fluency in any other European language
