As a part of the Home buying experience, Better.com is motivated to provide an end-to-end solution for its customers. Better.com believes in supporting its customers from the day they plan to purchase the house until they make it their Home.
Better Cover thrives on the same ideology and helps customers make informed decisions about buying Insurance policies. We make sure all Better Cover customers have sufficient and relevant coverage for their homes.
The Better Cover team makes sure all our customers understand the importance of having Insurance for the home.
We have our sales team in NY. The India operation provides support to the NY team in reaching out to more customers to increase our exposure and conversion.
Along with support to the NY team, India ops will also support maintaining a healthy count of renewals and post-closing service to the customers.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Be well versed with the Better Mortgage process
- Understanding of Home Insurance.
- Insurance Renewal tracking
- Make sure the policies have the correct information.
- Reach out to third parties for relevant details on the policies.
- Work towards increasing company revenue by ensuring successful renewals of sold policies.
- Customer experience Improvement by providing multiple options to existing customers.
- Upsell different policies wherever possible.
Required Skill Set:
- Insurance-related experience would be ideal
- Good communication skills.
- Experience from the customer service process is important.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Shift Timing/Work Hours:
- Candidates should be open to in work night shift
- They should be open to work over the weekends as this role will have rotational off
A minimum of 1 year of experience is required
