As a Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will include providing prompt and professional support via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting technical issues with our Video Encoder, Player, and Analytics platform. If you have a genuine passion for video player technologies, including Bitmovin Player, across platforms like iOS, Web, and Android, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills.
Requirements:
- A couple of years of experience in a technical support role within the video industry.
- Reside in Chennai with the ability to work remotely.
- Possess a curious mindset, deep passion for video technology, and can excel as a Bitmovin ambassador.
