JOB DESCRIPTION – Customer Relationship Partner

We are looking for Customer Relationship Partners to work with BYJU’S on a Part-Time/Contractual Basis.

A CRP will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The CRP will constantly identify opportunities to grow the business and build positive relationships with new clients. You will be owning your process of scheduling counselling sessions with the parents and children which will be eventually conducted and converted by you.

We initially book a free counselling session for the child with the parents. In any counselling session the discussion is all about the learning methodology of the child and areas of improvement in his current way of learning and to provide solutions for this.

To be successful as a Customer Relationship Partner, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

Qualifications –

 

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Familiarity with educational technology is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
