- Profile: Recruitment Associates
- Training Period: 3 Months (Work from Office)
- Salary During Training: 16000 INR per month
- CTC post successful Training Completion: 600000 INR per annum (4 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable)
- Work Location: Bangalore Head Office (Work from Office)

Your role with us as a Recruitment Associate will be to develop the sales infrastructure through Recruitment.
Your spectrum of responsibilities will include:
-Sourcing of Candidates
-Screening (on-call and on video)
-Shortlisting
-Handling and following up on further rounds of Interviews
-Initiation of Offer Processing
-Offer release supervision
-Joining of Candidate
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (those who are done with Final semester exams can be considered)
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday off)
