Profile: Student Success Specialist who will be a Mentor for students who have enrolled with Byju’s
Mandatory Things: Should be graduated (No Pursuing PG), Own laptop, Maximum age 34

Job Description It’s a post-sales role where mentors are assigned to students.

Responsibilities

 Mentoring them for their academic excellence
2) Helping students with app navigation.
3) Retain Students.
4) Handling all customer queries.

Targets: 5 hours talk time + 60 customer connects + 150+ dialed calls
Week off: 2 days on the weekdays

Package: 3.5 LPA + Incentives After Completion The Training
In the starting period, you are a part of 2 weeks of training

CLASSROOM TRAINING & ON THE JOB TRAINING

Total 2 weeks stipend is – INR 13,600

After completion of 2 weeks of training the package will be 3.5 LPA Fixed + Incentives.
