Salary: Rs. 12000 Fixed plus OT’s and Incentive

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email or chat
Understanding the products and services provided by the company
Resolving customer complaints, service issues, and queries
Providing detailed information to customers.
Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customers
maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Offering exceptional customer service and taking feedback.
Comfortable with back-to-back inbound call flow.
Desired Qualities:
Clear communication skills, product and service expertise, the ability to use positive language, persuasive speaking skills, and effective listening
Fluent Hindi and English.
Comfortable with back to back inbound call flow.
Experience:
At least 3-6 months of relevant work experience in customer care profile
Quality requirement:
Excellent Communication Skills
Open to Blended Process (Chat + Calls + Email)
Open to Rotational shifts, Split shifts, and evening shifts.
Shift Examples: It could be 10 am to 7pm or 12pm to 9pm or 2pm to 11pm or Split shift like 10am -3pm & 7pm-11pm.
Attend the mandatory pre-shift huddle at 9:30 a.m. daily
Comfortable with the bond of six months.
Technical Requirements:
Windows laptop with (Windows 10 or above), Ram (4gb or above) : Please note if you have 4gb you should be open to upgrade if required.
High Internet Connection with Speed more than 40 mbps upload and download.
Proper Electricity with backups like an inverter or generator is a must.
Age Creteria: 32 years and below.
Background & Verification Check: Please note, background check and verification will be performed so please make sure all details shared are correct.
