Customer Chat Support Intern (Night Shift)
Stipend- 25000
Duration of the Internship: 12 Months
We are also open to offering the full-time position post Internship period, subject to the Interns’ performance.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering. Last Year Students are welcome to apply!
● Fluent English is a Must for this role!
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
● Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities and Duties
● Respond to customer queries remotely via multiple channels (Chats, Slack etc.)
● Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
● Escalate customer issues to the appropriate internal team and follow issues through to closing
● Write knowledge-base articles so that open-source users can get answers without having premium support
● Communicate issues with coworkers to diagnose problems
