Roles and Responsibilities:
- International outbound calling experience.
- High degree of persuasive skills when speaking to clients.
- Able to generate appointments through cold calling/hot leads follow-up.
- Convincing skills/International Telemarketing skills.
- Initiate outbound calls to international leads or customers using provided contact lists or databases.
- Promote products or services to potential customers and explore opportunities for sales or business expansion in international markets.
- Possess a strong understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Engage with prospects or customers in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner to build rapport and trust.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, record relevant information, and pass qualified leads to the sales
- team for follow-up.
